THE structured walk of the IR: every instruction, in every nested list, in rendering order, with each nested list's role and CompositeInstr.Activation (once, or once per loop iteration). Use this - never a private recursion over composites - for any analysis that must see the whole of an operation: the ownership rules, the ARC balance verifier, the lowering. A composite's lists come from the composite itself (CompositeInstr.nestedLists()).
