Every LOCAL variable of a module checked against the methods of the type it is declared in - its own, inherited and from traits (see NoNameCollisionOrError.errorsIfLocalNamedLikeAMethod(IAggregateSymbol, ISymbol)). Run in TYPE_HIERARCHY_CHECKS because only then is every class's super and traits attached (EXPLICIT_TYPE_SYMBOL_DEFINITION attaches them on leaving the class, after its body's variables were processed), and before FULL_RESOLUTION, where 'total <- total()' would otherwise surface as E50010 'type not resolved'.
