Checked in EXPLICIT_TYPE_SYMBOL_DEFINITION, not SYMBOL_DEFINITION: in phase 1 a parameter type declared later in the module, or brought in by 'references', is not yet resolved - or resolves to a same-named built-in - so the check judged the wrong type (front-end audit FE36).
