final class MethodAmbiguousReport

THE one place a METHOD_AMBIGUOUS diagnostic is emitted in phase 3, and the only place its three message shapes are spelt. Rich messages and the MCP editors read the text after resolved:, so a new resolver that finds an ambiguous match calls one of these; it never builds its own message.
