Records, on a conceptual T, that the body being resolved compares its values with <=> (item <=> other.item over item as T?) - one ordering step (D89, D91 step 4). Written in the generic's own hand-written <=>, or in a body that <=> reaches through calls (NoteOrderingThroughCall), it makes that <=> only as total as T's, which is judged where T is given its type (read by TypeParameterOrderedInOwnComparison, judged by phase4/ParameterisedTypeOrError, E07188).
