THE registrations of every application in the program (EK9_NATIVE_CYCLE_COLLECTOR_DESIGN.md §13.11): each register X() as Y with aspect of A() of every general and service application. What a registration names - the implementation, the type it is registered as and its aspects - is a singleton every thread can reach, so the registered-type fact, the confined-type fact and the concurrent-entry-point propagation (an aspect's advice runs on whichever thread calls the proxied component) all read it here; never a second walk of the applications.
