Item 5, step 1: the E08090 (NOT_REFERENCED) verdict FULL_RESOLUTION deferred, on a local initialised by a call and afterwards only mutated in place, never read (view <- config.get("server"); view :~: overrides).

When the callee's RETAINS says its result may share an object with what it was called on (or an argument) - declared by a built-in, or derived for a user method by ReceiverInteriorReturns - the local is a VIEW and mutating it is a use of what it views: no error. Otherwise the result was fresh, the mutation can be seen by nothing, and it is E08090 as it always was, now raised here.
