The two whole-program facts the graph needs: the concrete subtypes of a type, and every aggregate. Phase 5 answers both from the one shared ConcreteSubtypeFinder (PropertyTypeGraph.over(ConcreteSubtypeFinder, ISymbol)); a test may answer them from symbols it built by hand.
