Records that a constructor is THE capture constructor of its dynamic class (IsCaptureConstructor, which is the only reader). Phase 3 only (AggregateManipulator.addCaptureConstructorIfRequired). The writer half of what was CaptureConstructor.mark (no-statics lane S3, 2026-10-29).
