THE check that a service is written in its one form (Steve, 2026-10-11): for before every URI - the service's own (Items for :/items open) and each operation's (byId() as GET for :/{id}, operator += for :/) - and as before an HTTP verb. E07671.

The grammar keeps both words optional on purpose: a missing word is then this coded error, at the token it belongs before, rather than a syntax error, and repair/ServiceDeclarationForms inserts it (each has one reading).
