THE locale variants of a text base - one per defines text for "<lang>" block of that text, read across ALL the source files of its module (ModuleScope.getSymbolsAcrossModule(); front-end audit FE31: one file's scope missed the languages declared in the others). Each variant's language is its LANG squirrelled data. Matched by identity - a text whose super is exactly this base - never by name. Use this wherever a text's languages are needed: the back ends' _textFactory table (phase 7) and the front end's check that a literal language has a block (E07157, phase3/TextLanguageDefinedOrError). Hold one.
