The variable an if block's pre-flow declares, when that block is skipped ONLY because the variable is unset (E08270): a <- guard that is the whole condition, and not a Boolean truth guard (BooleanTruthGuard, which also skips a set false). Held by GuardVariableReadWhereUnsetOrError and IsInLaterBlockOfItsGuard; was a private static of the former (no-statics lane P2, 2026-10-29).
