Class IsInstrumentedMember

java.lang.Object
org.ek9lang.compiler.phase7.generator.IsInstrumentedMember
All Implemented Interfaces:
Predicate<ISymbol>

public final class IsInstrumentedMember extends Object implements Predicate<ISymbol>
THE test of whether a member the compiler synthesised is instrumented (given coverage and profiling probes by FunctionProbes): only what an author would recognise. Hold an instance.
  • Not compiler plumbing (_fieldSetStatus, _i_init, ...) - no EK9 name starts with _.
  • Not a comparison GENERATED from the type's sameness (B18): the author neither wrote nor asked for it, and it is correct by construction from the <=>/== that IS covered. Counting them gave every type with a hand <=> up to seven "uncovered methods" (Steve, 2026-09-30). Not profiled either: coverage metadata is what names a profiled function, and its time already shows in the <=> it calls. An explicit default operator X is still covered and profiled.
  • Not a sub-type's synthesised entry point for an inherited dispatcher (D2): the author wrote the handlers, which are covered and profiled, not the routing between them.
