kind - how it is asked

operator - the operator the use resolved to on type, for ConceptualAccess.OrderingKind.OPERATOR_CALL; else null. The operator itself, never only its name: a type may declare a hand-written < taking an Integer beside the bare default operator's < taking itself, and only the overload the body called may be judged where the parameters are replaced.
