THE properties a constructor of aggregate is responsible for: for a dynamic class its captures first (they live in the capture scope, not the class's own symbol table), then its DeclaredProperties. The phase-5 construction checks ask this, never getProperties() alone.

The same two halves as GeneratedOperatorFields, in the other order. The order is kept as it was: it is the order unset properties are named in (LEAVES_PROPERTIES_UNSET, E08264) and reported in (E08060). Was CaptureConstructor.propertiesOf (no-statics lane S3, 2026-10-29).
