THE strict test: target is a parameterisation of EXACTLY this generic - not a sub type or a super type of it - and so the parameterisation itself (List of String for the generic List), else empty. Target-typed construction, literal target typing and the iterator-type reading all ask this (front-end rationalisation B-4a); never re-write isParameterisedType() && getGenericType()...isExactSameType. Was GenericTypeInfo.parameterisationOf (no-statics lane S3, 2026-10-29).
