The friendly name of a type as the symbol gives it, with a compiler-made name made readable (D65): the form a generated refusal message uses for the types it names - cls for a dynamic class, never its digest. The MCP oracle's SymbolNaming.safeFriendlyName is this plus its never-throw guards. Display only; the sibling of ReadableTypeName.
