The declarations a call through which may run callable: those it overrides, or its super function - THE "what may a call through this declaration run" of the dispatch union, held by both RETAINS derivations (the returns one, ReceiverInteriorReturns, and the callee-keep one, CloseableArgumentKeeping), so what an override RETURNS and what it KEEPS are unioned over the same set. Only user declarations (IsUserDeclaration). Was ReceiverInteriorReturns.overriddenBy (no-statics lane P2, 2026-10-29).
